Eligibility Criteria – Easy to Check

    • Passed 10th (High School/Matric) from a recognized board, OR
    • ITI from NCVT/SCVT, OR

    • Male: Lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes + Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds (one chance only).
    • Female: Lift and carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes + Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds (one chance only).

Selection Process (Step-by-Step)
