- Professor: Ph.D. + 10 years experience + 10 publications + research score 120 (or equivalent professional achievements).
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. + Master’s 55% + 8 years experience + 7 publications + research score 75.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s 55% + NET/SET/SLET (or Ph.D. exemption as per UGC 2009/2016) or Ph.D. from top 500 global university.
- Deputy Librarian: Master’s in Library Science 55% + 8 years experience + Ph.D. preferred.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s in Library Science 55% + NET/Ph.D. + computer knowledge.
- Age Limit: As per UGC/GoI norms (retirement age on superannuation). Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD as per rules (age as on 20 February 2026).
